TCD Butterfly Valve

The TCD Butterfly Valve, which may be used as a control or cut-off fitting, is distinguished by a wide range of applications in different industry branches. It is intended for use in facilities where the working medium is characterized by a high pressure and temperature. Control of the medium flow in the pipeline is effected by changing the angular position of the disk in the range of 0-90 degrees. . A multilayer shaft seal with a double U cross section ensures bidirectional self-adjustment of sealing, acting as two single O-rings. The butterfly valve disk has a doubly eccentric mounting, the axis of disk rotation is shifted with respect to both the sealing plane and flow axis. A universal assembly for connection of a butterfly valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator with no additional operations needed.
