TAF Knife Gate Valve

TAF is a knife gate valve distinguished by a wide range of applications in different industry branches – an answer to specific requirements of the sugar industry, pulp and paper industry and facilities for asphalt extraction and processing. It makes possible a free transfer of fluids and suspensions with a content of solid components exceeding 5% or concentration of loose sludge of up to 35%. The housing fitted with scraper rings, a composite coating of the passage inside and a profiled cutting off member, made of stainless steel and dedicated for specific applications, warrant a reliable operation under specific conditions. A multilayer sealing pack seated in a pocket of the gland ensures effective sealing as well as an extremely long lifetime and period of maintenance-free operation. A universal assembly for connection of a gate valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator without additional operations.
