TDG Knife Gate Valve

TDG is a knife gate valve distinguished by a wide range of applications in different industry branches and intended for use in the mining and metallurgical industries as well as loose material transfer stations. It makes possible a free transfer of powders and other loose materials with a diversified degree of solid parts concentration. A split housing without so called dead zones prevents solid materials from depositing inside the gate valve. A sealing seat without hollows is reliably self-cleaned by the flowing medium, ensuring at the same time a full bidirectional leak-tightness at high working pressures of the medium. A multilayer sealing pack seated in a shaped pocket of the gland ensures effective sealing as well as a long time of maintenance-free operation. The gate valve, provided with a cutting off member made of stainless steel makes possible reliable and quick cutting off of the medium. A universal assembly for connection of a gate valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator without additional operations.
