TAS Knife Gate Valve

TAS is a knife gate valve designed for unidirectional flow of the medium, distinguished by a wide range of applications in different branches of food and paper industries as well as a widely defined building industry, including cement mills. It ensures a free transfer of fluids, powders and suspensions with a concentration of solid particles on the level of 5%. A monoblock housing with no dead zones prevents solid materials from depositing inside the gate valve. A sealing seat without hollows is reliably self-cleaned by the flowing medium. A multilayer sealing pack seated in a specially shaped pocket of the gland ensures effective sealing as well as an extremely long lifetime and period of maintenance-free operation. This knife gate valve should be installed in accordance with the flow direction marked on the housing. A universal assembly for connection of a gate valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator without additional operations.
