TDO Knife Gate Valve

TDO is a knife gate valve distinguished by a wide range of applications in different industry branches. It ensures a free transfer of fluids and suspensions with a concentration of solid particles not exceeding 5%, or a concentration of loose sludge not higher than 35%. A split housing with no dead zones prevents solid materials from depositing inside the gate valve. A sealing seat without hollows is reliably self-cleaned by the flowing medium. A vertical lip seal reduces the driving torque of the fitting, ensuring at the same time a full bidirectional leak-tightness at high working pressures of the medium. A multilayer sealing pack seated in a specially shaped pocket of the gland ensures effective sealing as well as an extremely long lifetime and period of maintenance-free operation. A universal assembly for connection of a gate valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator without additional operations.
